Commitment to design excellence is at the heart of our practice. What distinguishes Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture’s work is a deep sense of responsibility to clients, communities, and the creation of memorable architecture that provides a great value to its users.

Our three partners have collaborated for over 20 years and share a personal, hands-on approach to each project uncommon in a national design firm. Every phase of work benefits from their expertise, spirit of exploration, and critical evaluation. Their collaborations lead to innovative solutions that transform client aspirations into exceptional architecture.

Our design solutions develop out of a responsive process and our ideas are inspired by context. Our understanding of the distinct character of each location influences our use of materials, forms, patterns, and colors, resulting in buildings that are firmly rooted in their communities.

Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture is committed to the highest standard of ethics. Our approach to design is marked by a deep-seated respect for the cultures of communities we work with. By respecting programs, budgets, context, and sustainability, we create singular architecture that provides exceptional long-term value to institutions, communities, and the people who experience them.

Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture has been in business since 2004. Before that date, the three HMBA partners were partners and principals at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates (HHPA) which was established in 1967. We represent a continuity and advancement of HHPA’s design principles, which result in architecture that celebrates the distinctive characteristics of each site, program, and client.
